100’s Vapes
A fixed pack structure with room for character.
- Problem
- A 100-carton vape range needed continuity without every flavour looking the same.
- Solution
- Fixed mark, pack structure and strain line; colour, illustration and name change per flavour.
- Result
- 100 carton designs on one framework, 35 of them shown here.
My role Logo development · packaging artwork · range graphics
Packaging artwork for a large vape range: a stable character-led mark and vertical layout, with flavour imagery, colour and name changing per variant.
Part by part
A hundred flavours, one template
-
One template
The 100's mark, a flavour character, a lettered name and a strain line, on every carton.
-
A ring of flavours
Thirty-five of the hundred files, turned through one ring.
-
Character and name change
Each flavour gets its own drawing and lettering; the mark stays at the top.
-
The fixed parts
2.0 G, the 100's mark and the strain line hold their places on every carton.
-
The range as one wall
Sorted by colour, the template carries the whole range.

Overview
100’s Vapes is a range of 2.0 g vape products in tall cartons. The source archive holds 100 artwork exports; a few are shown here.
The challenge
A broad packaging family needed continuity across variants without making every flavour look identical.
Creative direction
Fixed: the large 100’s mark, vertical pack structure and strain line. Variable: colour, illustration and product name.
What was delivered
Selected packaging variants from a range of 100 supplied artwork exports.
Design value
A repeatable approach to a large artwork family. The count describes design files — not launches or products sold.
The problem is framed from the finished work, not quoted from a client brief.

- Character-led brand mark, applied across the range
Built to print

Evidence
- Verified fact
- The source archive contains 100 carton exports (design files, not verified product launches); 35 are shown.
- Every carton file shows the device and smoke in front of the carton; 2.0 G and a Sativa or Indica line are printed on each.
- Design reading
- A stable logo position gives changing flavour fields one shared anchor.

- Flavours named after other companies' brands are not shown
In short
One fixed carton structure took 100 flavour designs without losing the family.
